Indy Class Sponsor Disclosure

Series: JConcepts INS16 (Indoor National Series 16) Event / Round #: _______________________________________________ Track / Location: _______________________________________________ Purpose The JConcepts INS16 Indy Classes are intended for non-sponsored drivers to promote fair competition. Driver Statement & Agreement By entering and participating in any INS16 Indy Class, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Non-Sponsored Confirmation I confirm that I am not currently sponsored (formally or informally) by any RC-related company, including (but not limited to) manufacturers, distributors, retailers, teams, media outlets, or brands that provide support. What Counts as "Sponsorship / Support" For INS16 Indy eligibility, "sponsorship" includes receiving any of the following from a company or brand in exchange for promotion, representation, affiliation, or brand support: Free or discounted products/parts/electronics/tires/bodies Paid entries, travel support, pit support, stipends, or reimbursements Team driver status, factory/team affiliation, ambassador programs Affiliate codes, referral links, commissions, or brand rep roles Any agreement (written or verbal) where I represent or promote a brand in return for benefits Truthfulness I certify that the information I provide is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Series Enforcement I understand INS16 officials/event staff may request clarification if eligibility is questioned. If I am found to be sponsored or incorrectly entered, I may be moved to an appropriate class, disqualified, and/or removed from Indy class results at the discretion of INS16/event administration.
