EliteRC Privacy Policy

EliteRC Productions provides the EliteRC mobile application to display event schedules, driver lineups, event calendars, and optional event notifications.

Information we process

EliteRC does not require an account and does not ask for your name, address, contacts, precise location, payment information, photos, or advertising identifier.

To provide optional notifications, the app and our server process:

• A randomly generated installation identifier.
• A Firebase Cloud Messaging device token.
• The race numbers you select for alerts.
• Your calendar-notification preference.
• Basic delivery records used to prevent duplicate alerts.

How information is used

This information is used only to operate EliteRC features, deliver notifications you request, send event-wide announcements, maintain notification reliability, and prevent duplicate messages. EliteRC Productions does not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

EliteRC uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to Android and Apple devices. Firebase processes device tokens and message-delivery information under Google's applicable privacy and security terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention and your choices

Notification registration data—including the installation identifier, Firebase token, race selections, calendar-notification preference, and delivery records—is automatically deleted after 90 days without a registration update.

You can remove individual race selections, clear selected race alerts, disable calendar notifications, deny notification permission in your device settings, or uninstall the app. Event control may also clear selections or remove event subscribers when an event finishes. Invalid notification tokens are removed when detected.

You may request deletion of your EliteRC notification registration by contacting us at the email below. Because EliteRC does not use accounts, we may need information from the app installation to identify the correct registration.

Security

Production app communication uses HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect notification registration data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

EliteRC is an event utility and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly request personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as EliteRC features or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this same address with a revised update date.
